What is your new patient procedure?

Whether you are in need of medication management or individual counseling, we strive to make the procedure as painless as possible. We will register you over the phone, take your insurance information, and schedule you with a provider who we feel will be a great fit.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

At your first appointment, we will collect any further information including a copy of your insurance card and outstanding co-pay/co-insurance, if any. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early, as there may be additional forms that need to be completed.

How much will my copayment be?

Our billing team will run eligibility before your first appointment. Unfortunately, because insurance plans are so variable, it is best to call your insurance carrier to get specific information if necessary.

If I live in Virginia, can I see a provider in Greensboro?

Unfortunately, due to restrictions in most health insurance plans, we cannot see patients with Virginia insurance plans at our Greensboro location. However, please call us at 336.632.3505 if you have any questions.

I have questions about my billing statement, who should I call?

You can call our billing department directly at 1.833.338.4663 regarding any questions about your billing statement. However, for any insurance coverage questions, please contact your insurance provider directly.
